Healthwatch Volunteer Co-ordinator (Ref HW-VC)

25 hours per week, £28,000 pro-rata & 7% pension

Volunteers are central to the Healthwatch Coventry approach.

Join our team to develop our volunteer involvement by recruiting and supporting volunteers in different roles.

You will get on well with people; understand how to co-ordinate and support volunteers, plus be able to plan and support activities/pieces of work which involve our volunteers. You will make sure we capture evidence from local people of their experiences of health and care so we can use this to work for improvements and changes.

You will also be comfortable working in a small staff team where we work with each other to make sure we make a difference for local people.
