Comments, Compliments and Complaints

In order to ensure that we are providing the best service possible, we at Voluntary Action Coventry welcome the opinions of our service users. We recognise that staff throughout their working day may receive many positive comments, compliments or suggestions.

As a learning organisation it is important for Voluntary Action Coventry to monitor and record these comments or suggestions so that staff can be commended or services adapted and improved. To make a comment, compliment or suggestion please email 

If you are dissatisfied with VAC’s services or staff and wish to make a complaint please either ask at reception for a copy of VAC’s Complaints Policy and Complaints Record Form or view here. VAC is committed to providing excellent customer service to everyone who is affected by its operation.  We do not look at complaints as unwanted and we are firmly committed to a process of continuous improvement of which the complaints procedure is just one element.
