Midland Mencap seeks to appoint a Coordinator who collaborates with colleagues to deliver the organisation’s vision and mission for Children & Young People. The Coordinator’s role involves leading structured sessions and activities tailored to identified needs, ensuring positive outcomes for our unique children.
As part of the Children and Young People’s Services, Coordinators adopt person-centered approaches to recruit, lead, manage, and support a team of Support Workers. Responsibilities include inductions, supervisions, and addressing HR, personnel, and training needs. Coordinators also promote Midland Mencap services to children, young people, families, and potential referral agencies.
