Coventry Rape And Sexual Abuse Centre -Counseling Lead For Children And Families Service

22 hours per week, 15 Management Hours, 7 Counseling hours. £34,300 FTE Management Rate, 7 Hours Counselor Salary rate. (1 Year fixed term with possible expansion)

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated female Counselling Lead to:

Work in partnership with the Strategic Lead for Therapeutic Services to develop the Children and
Family service which encompasses a range of services suitable for sexual violence victims, survivors
and their families aged 5 years to 25 years.
To support the operational management of the Children and Families Counselling service on a day to
day basis, ensuring that the quality of practice and performance management frameworks are
implemented across the team.
To provide support, development and management supervision to the Children and Families
Counsellors.
In addition, to hold a small caseload of male and female adult counselling clients.
