Voluntary Action Coventry Transforming Volunteering in Coventry

Tues 16 April, 11am -2.30pm St Philip's Church, 25 Ringwood Highway, Coventry CV2 2GG

From phone filming and podcast making to willow weaving and farm fun, cultural exchange activities, quizzes, games and prize draws, there's lots of fantastic activities for you to try out at the UKSPF  Community Fair on 16 April. Organised by Voluntary Action Coventry,  St Philip's Church is the location for the fair, where 15 charities will  come together for a day of social action. The good causes are inviting you to learn something new,  find support, socialise, help out, have fun and get involved in your area. 

Entry is free, there will be free food and drinks and EVERYONE is welcome.

The UK Shared Prosperity Fund is a central pillar of the UK government’s Levelling Up agenda and provides £2.6 billion of funding for local investment by March 2025. The Fund aims to improve pride in place and increase life chances across the UK investing in communities and place, supporting local business, and people and skills.

Coventry City Council has awarded Voluntary Action Coventry £229k. The funding is from the UK Government’s Shared Prosperity Fund which has been allocated to the city through the West Midlands Combined Authority
