Sometimes finding the right person to fit a job role can be a challenge and you need to broaden your reach and find more potential applicants!
For only £40 Voluntary Action Coventry can:
1) Post an ad on our website https://www.vacoventry.org.uk/page/vacancies
2) Share on Social Media once across all platforms (we have good reach via SM and VCSE Alliance members re-share our content)
Social media audience:
• Facebook Page followers 1,575
• Instagram followers 595
• Mainly women aged 35-44
• Post reach 4.1K
• Twitter followers 2,176
• The last job advert we posted on twitter for Carriers of Hope had 70 impressions
3) We include the ad in an e-bulletin with a contacts list of over 1000 current and active VCSE connections, staff members and volunteers in the city.
We do two ebulletins:
• VCSE Alliance Members: private (closed) monthly e-bulletin to around 220 core engaged member contacts and our volunteer managers network who meet regularly
• Perspectives: quarterly news (open) Designed for sharing: Statutory orgs, local government, business, wider profile raising about the work of the VCSE in Coventry.
• We also do ad-hoc mailings to members: Please visit our website / social media for a full breakdown of our services. We are a Local Infrastructure Organisation so have a broad remit.
