Voluntary Action Coventry is looking to appoint an Improving Lives Lead Officer

Hours:  18 – 24 hours per week (to be agreed)

Salary: £30,905 pro-rata per annum for FTE plus 7% pension

We are seeking to appoint an Improving Lives Lead Officer to organise a tailored package of support for participants helping them move forward on their journey to volunteering and/or employment.  The postholder will plan and deliver our Improving Lives course, a 12-week programme delivered over 6-weeks that runs throughout the year.

The postholder will require demonstrable experience of working with people with additional support needs, training/teaching skills and the ability to monitor and evaluate learners’ progression.
