Voluntary Action Coventry

Voluntary Action Coventry (VAC) have been supporting Voluntary and Community action in Coventry since 1957.  We work with organisations and individuals to build capability and resilience, strengthen community, and improve quality of life for Coventry residents.

We are looking for two new additions to our Board of Trustees here at VAC.  Trustees contribute to setting the strategic direction of the organisation; using their skills, knowledge, and experience to shape, grow and safeguard the future of the charity. 

This is a great opportunity to gain experience at board level, to network and for personal and professional development.

We are looking for trustees with any of the following experience/interests:

• Passionate about volunteering and the impact it has on individuals and communities
• Experience of working at a senior level in a charity or not for profit  
• Knowledge/experience in business development or income generation
• An interest in health and the approach of the Integrated Care System
