Volunteer – boost your mental health!

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week! A perfect time to pause and reflect on your own mental well-being and check in on those you care about.

At Voluntary Action Coventry, we believe that volunteering and connecting with your community can significantly boost your mood. By sharing your time and skills, you not only support others but also uplift yourself in the process.

Dates for the diary:

📍Mon 11 May and Tues 12 May  ‘Pop-in to Drop In’,VAC, Harp Place 🕥10am-2pm, (and throughout the year, every Mon and Tues, except bank holidays), no need to book, just turn up

📍Tues 12 May: Come and talk to the team at the Mental Health Awareness Week Marketplace Event. Coventry Transport Museum,🕥 10:30am – 2:30pm – no need to book, just turn up
