Give your mental health a boost. Volunteer!
10 October is World Mental Health Day, we think looking after your mental health is important for every day. At Voluntary Action Coventry we know that volunteering can lift your spirits; we help people to actively engage with community action.
Take a look at what we have coming up next week – we have lots of ways we can help you to access meaningful and rewarding experiences through volunteering:

- Every Monday/Tuesday ‘Pop-in to Drop In’, VAC, Harp Place 10am-2pm
- 14 Oct – Join Chat Central’s Pool Meet Up (Riley’s Sports Bar)
- 15 Oct – Chat Central is making shadow puppets for wellbeing with Underground Lights (Warwick Road Church Centre)
- 16 Oct – Join in with Chat Central’s Volunteering Litter Pick
