CAVA is seeking a Business Development Adviser to identify and support the needs of voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) organisations operating within Solihull to improve their capacity and resilience to deliver quality services.

The post holder will listen to the needs of these communities and support them in coordinating and building new initiatives.
