Guiding Young Minds 30 hours per week (£27000 pro rata per annum)

Experienced Youth Worker (sports based) to lead and further developing the GYM youth work and activity service, in order to support the needs of young people in Coventry and the surrounding area who are vulnerable and at risk of involvement in crime,

Successful candidate must relate well to young people of all cultural and ethnic backgrounds and be a positive and imaginative motivator.

Youth work qualifications an advantage but attitude and experience with a professional approach to work most important.

Must hold clean U.K. driving license and have own transport.

30 hours per week with potential increase to full time. Afternoon and evening working hours during school term time , with more flexibility during school holidays. £27,000.00 pro rata.

An enhanced DBS will be required for this post which is fully committed to Safeguarding.
