• 10 months fixed term maternity cover 27.5 hrs worked over 5 days

• NJC scale pt.12 £21,589 (pro-rata), 7% pension

Healthwatch Coventry works to enable local people to have a say about NHS and social care services. We run an information phone/email service so that local people can ask questions about their use of NHS and care services. We gather views from local people and have a membership and a team of volunteers.

This post supports the ways local people are involved in Healthwatch Coventry, our information help line for the public, recording of information that local people tell us and communication of what we are doing.

You will have strong organisational skills and be confident working in a busy small team. You will need experience of a range of information and office systems and the ability to quickly learn to use bespoke Healthwatch systems. Also, strong public facing customer service skills for providing information to members of the public and the ability to manage competing demands and co-ordinate the diaries and activities of others.
