Are you looking for a new challenge in Christian Ministry?
We are looking for a nurturing and empathic person to lead our café team, you will be able to develop and mentor the staff and volunteers so that they can move with confidence to new roles and reach their full potential. You’ll also need to be able to run all aspects of a highly effective café, whilst also building relationships with the vulnerable parents and their young children that we serve, and offer them care and support through demonstrating a non-judgemental Christian ethos.
This is an exciting time to join Coffee Tots: the cafe is at the heart of our ministry, however, for much of the last year the café has been closed due to COVID-19. This new post offers the exciting opportunity to take a lead in re-imagining and re-envisioning the café for our post pandemic world. We believe that the need for a place where families can feel supported, valued and loved is more important than ever after the isolation and hardship recently experienced by so many families.
