VAC membership survey
Voluntary Action Coventry (VAC) is committed to meeting the needs of the voluntary and community Sector in Coventry.

Each year a survey is undertaken with members of VAC to ascertain the levels of satisfaction with VAC services and whether there are new services/activity that VAC could offer that would benefit members.

Almost one third of VAC's members responded to the survey with 94.7% stating ‘yes' their group has benefited from membership. Follow this link to read the full report.



Voluntary Action Coventry (formerly known as Coventry Voluntary Service Council) is a local infrastructure organisation that supports the voluntary and community sector in the city. Founded in 1957, it is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee. Membership of Voluntary Action Coventry is open to all voluntary and community groups within the City.

We offer a range of services & activities that support the vibrant & diverse Third sector in Coventry. We seek new projects and participate in initiatives that compliment & enhance the achievement of our core aims & that meet the needs of our members.

Membership of Voluntary Action Coventry is free.

Mission Statement
Voluntary Action Coventry is an advocate for voluntary and community groups, helping to develop effective and diverse communities in the City. Through the provision of support, training and information, we promote good practice and encourage social inclusion. We promote, facilitate and develop volunteering in Coventry and recognise the contribution of individuals and volunteers to communities.
