This FREE training event will be delivered by Community Matters who have devised the VISIBLE quality standards; A system endorsed by Coventry City Council Community Organisation Support Team (COST).

Who is the training aimed at? Organisations running Community Centres Community Development workers supporting centres on quality improvements.

Time: 10.30am prompt - 4.00pm (registration from 10.15am)
Beverages provided (participants required to make their own lunch arrangements)

What will the training cover? An introduction to VISIBLE communication tools, VISIBLE and pre-VISIBLE An interactive demonstration of the self assessment workbook A detailed explanation of the externally accredited process A testimony from an organisation that have achieved accreditation.
