This is a special session for trustees/management committee members to help you
focus on whether you are concentrating on the right things at your committee meetings.
Do you really know what the staff and volunteers are doing, do you know how the money is spent, do you even know what the purpose of your organisation is?
We will help you to ensure that you have the right policies and procedures in place to make sure you are at the helm, rather than stoking the
engine.
