The benefits of CDA's training is that the workshops are designed so several people from each group can attend, helping them to spend time together and plan ahead, giving them the opportunity to identify new ways of becoming more self sustaining.

The training is recognised by Coventry University and is unique as the delegates can gain accreditation for developing and managing a Social Enterprise which helps demonstrate a united, qualified and informed group to funding organisations and when applying for contracts.

The training includes business planning, advice on funding applications, examples of income generation, legal structures for Social Enterprises, tendering and marketing.
Each days training also has elements of group work and the chance to learn and network with others organisations.
Please be aware this training is funded and not available to groups outside Coventry & Warwickshire or development workers.
