Voluntary Action Coventry provides many training courses throughout the year. The workshops and training opportunities are organised by Group Support and provide valuable information on a range of topics.

Masterclasses
2011 sees the introduction of our new short information seminars or ‘Masterclasses' designed to give third sector groups the opportunity to pick the brains of recognised specialists. During the two-hour sessions speakers will share the secrets of their success and give delegates the chance to engage and benefit from their learning experience. These are informal sessions with an initial presentation followed by questions and answers and the chance to network with peers.

Meet The ...
Based on the success of the Meeting Points in bringing together Trustees and Managers from organisations across the sector, our new Meet The ... sessions will provide the opportunity for third sector groups to meet key decision makers within funding and commissioning organisations. The session's aim is to give groups the opportunity to network with influential budget holders and hear directly what their funding criteria is.

Bespoke Training
Our team can also tailor training specifically to meet the needs of your organisations staff, trustees or volunteers. We can arrange for you to be trained at our offices or we can come to your site to deliver. We are happy to be flexible in terms of duration and content and aim to deliver bespoke solutions which give you the skills and knowledge to develop your organisation.
