This session will explain how organisations can work towards recovering all the costs of their projects - Full Cost Recovery.

It will be a highly participative session where delegates will be working through an example using the widely accepted ACEVO (Association of Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisations) method.  Participants should bring a calculator as there will be practical work.
