For busy staff who need to manage their time effectively.

In this course planning and prioritising are explored by looking at urgency v importance.  Procrastination is looked at and how it can lead to stress, delegates will look at how to reduce both.  Further learning covers how we can deal with interruptions and how to schedule using a ‘To Do' list.

By the end of the workshop delegates will be able to:

  • Prioritise tasks by urgency and importance
  • Create an effective ‘To Do' list
  • Schedule tasks effectively
  • Deal with procrastination
  • Reduce their stress levels
