The National Centre for Social Research (NatCen) and IVR are looking for people to work with them as Peer Researchers to find out how the organisation v is helping young people (aged 16 - 25) across England become volunteers. They  will interview young volunteers and staff in the places where young people volunteer, to find out  what they think. Young people have a really important role to play in this evaluation and thye are looking to recruit and train up to12 young people (aged 16-25) to interview their peers and work with us in doing the evaluation. The peer researchers will not need to possess research skills or training before taking part as all peer researchers will be provided with research training.
