There is one meeting room for hire at Voluntary Action Coventry. The room is located at our new office 3 Castle Yard, Hay Lane, Coventry, CV1 5RF.

The Meeting room holds approx 20 people seated in a Board room style (other configurations are also available in our new meeting room).

Refreshments
Voluntary Action Coventry provides one free cup of either tea or coffee on arrival. Should you require more than one cup of tea or coffee throughout the duration of your session please note this on the booking form. You will be charged an additional 35p per cup for this service.

Lunch arrangements
Voluntary Action Coventry does not arrange lunch but if you arrange lunch we need to know who the provider is along with their contact details. It is your responsibility to contact the catering company to arrange collection of their items. Items must be collected within 3 working days otherwise they will be disposed of.

Equipment hire
We have the following equipment for hire:

• Multimedia projector with or without laptop
• Flipchart paper and stand

Parking
There is no onsite parking for Voluntary Action Coventry but there are nearby car parks. The nearest and largest is Cox Street which is located by Coventry Sports Centre. Other nearby car parks include Salt Lane, West Orchards and Lower Ford Street.
