This workshop is for management committee members only and is aimed at helping delegates to:

• Understand individual roles and legal responsibilities in managing an organisation
• Develop policies for making the ‘Board' more effective
• Understand the legal requirements in running a charitable organisation
• Realise what is meant by ‘Good Governance'
• Develop practical tools and ideas to improve the way an organisation is run

Delegates are required to bring a copy of the organisations governing document.
