Voluntary Action Coventry has a range of resources available to both our members and non-members.

Hot desk/Incubator Space:
If you are looking for desk space to use on an occasional basis or perhaps more long term use then look no further. Located in Coventry City Centre, Coventry Point is centrally located with easy access to rail and bus routes and disabled access.

Option 1: Hot Desk includes

• Desk space with use of laptop (if required) on a first come first served basis

Option 2: Incubator Space includes:

• Sole use of desk and laptop (if required)
• Start-up support from on-site development staff (limited to set amount per week)

Both options also include:

• Data storage facility (if required)
• Printing/photocopying facilities
• Local and national telephone calls (international calls chargeable)
• Secure environment
• Free use of one-to-one meeting room (booking required)
• Access to Funderfinder database

Rates:
Hot desk use: £5.00 per hour or £25.00 per day (exc. VAT)
Incubator Space use: £125.00 per month (exc. VAT)

Room Hire:
There are two meeting rooms for hire at Voluntary Action Coventry. The Resources room holds a maximum of 10 people seated around an oval table and the Meeting room holds 18-20 people seated in a Board room style.

Equipment Hire:
Equipment available to hire includes Flipchart stand, Display Boards and a Multi-Media Projector.

Mailings:
Voluntary Action Coventry offers regular mailing opportunities to individuals and organisations as well as bespoke mailings and use of the photocopier and fax machine.
