Quality and Governance
The Coventry and Warwickshire Infrastructure Consortium (CWIC) Quality and Governance Project ran for the period Autumn 2008 to March 2011. The project was funded by Capacity Builders. VAC was the lead body for the project which consisted of overseeing activities in Warwickshire and delivering activities in Coventry.
The project's aim was to create a step change in the quality and accessibility of services to front line Voluntary and Community (VCS) groups in Coventry and Warwickshire and it was very successful in achieving this.
