VOLUNTARY ACTION COVENTRY
CHAT CENTRAL SUPPORT OFFICER
32 hours per week, - £20,092 pro rata plus 7% pension
(Fixed term post for 3 years)
We are looking to recruit a caring and compassionate individual to undertake the role of Support Officer for our Chat Central Project. VAC has secured funding through the National Lottery Community Fund to deliver a three-year project aimed at helping people in Coventry to overcome loneliness and isolation.
The role will focus on supporting the Chat Central Engagement Officer in helping people to feel positive about themselves, enabling them to build new social connections and to reduce their feelings of loneliness and isolation through participating in community activities and/or volunteering.
