Voluntary Action Coventry is offering voluntary and community organisations involved in health and social care the opportunity to have a free Organisation Capacity Review.

This is part of the Voluntary Sector Market Development Project and seeks to build the capacity of voluntary and community organisations to deliver services to improve health, and specifically to work more closely with NHS Coventry

The review looks at strengths and weaknesses of your health and social care services and is intended to help you to identify areas for improvement as well as highlight best practice.

The review covers areas such as quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation, knowledge and strategic issues, working with NHS Coventry and other statutory organisations, being ready to tender, partnership working and anticipating the future.

After completing this review you have the opportunity to continue working with us to put together an Improvement Plan to address some of the issues identified. This is optional and entirely free of charge.
