Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 depending on skills and experience
Hours: 37 per week, with some evening work required
As Chief Executive, you will be responsible for the overall management, leadership and development of the organisation, identifying new and innovative areas of service development in line with our 3-year strategic plan.
This will include working closely with our Trustee Board and maintaining positive relationships with our partners and identifying further opportunities for service and business development.
You will ensure legal, financial and best practices are adhered to, promoting the aims, policies, and membership requirements of the Citizens Advice service at all times.
To take the charity forward you will have a strong sense of mission and vision, you will have the ability to inspire people and take them with you.
You will have a significant track record in strategic development and operational delivery of targeted services.
As the ideal candidate you will be someone who works well under pressure in a fast paced environment and is an excellent communicator with demonstrable experience of working with a large number of diverse and key stakeholders.
