NAVCA has launched a new model memorandum and articles (mem and arts) for use by local infrastructure organisations (LIOs). This is fully compliant with the Charities Act 2006 and the Companies Act 2006, and approved as a charitable model by the Charity Commission. This can be used by existing or newly forming LIOs who wish to have an up to date and legally compliant governing document.
