Keeping people motivated is a challenge at any time, and particularly at a time of change. This master class will be an opportunity to share what works in the voluntary sector. You'll go away with some practical strategies and tools, and some ideas to further your own development.

This session will explore the differences between managing staff and volunteers and is aimed at people who have responsibility for managing staff or volunteers and are looking to learn more about the effective leadership and management techniques.

Michael Conway-Jones is part of the leadership team at Fircroft College and delivers their ILM qualification in Effective Management.
