March- Managers Meeting Point; Presentation and discussion on VISIBLE^TM operating standards for Community Associations and Community Centres. The presentation was delivered by Liz Cleverley of Community Matters who publish this QAS. Delegates who attended overwhelming found the event ‘Very Useful' and also felt they were in a much better position to make an informed decision about using this QAS in their organisation.

Some FREE VISIBLE workbooks were available from VAC to support groups to implement this system and these have all been taken up.
