What? When times are tough it's important to know how to manage your money and make it go further.  This free course will provide you with useful, practical tips to make sense of your money and take control of your finances.  We'll provide refreshments, lunch and childcare.

Who is it for? Migrants, members of New Communities, Volunteers and Practitioners working with new communities are all welcomed to attend.

This seminar aims to:

• Help you avoid getting into debt in the first place
• Help you understand the different types of debt in this country
• Help you manage your debts effectively and save money
• Look at how to prevent housing benefit and council tax arrears and
• Inform you of all the services in Coventry that can help you with debt
• Overcome barriers
• Network with people and partners working with New Communities
