Innovation and Development Fund
Funding is available for voluntary and community organisations to develop projects and services that improve health and organisations across Coventry are now invited to submit expressions of interest.
The Innovation and Development Fund is a new grant scheme administered by Voluntary Action Coventry on behalf of NHS Coventry and is one part of the Voluntary Sector Market Development Project.
The Fund aims to support voluntary and community organisations to further develop activities and services that improve health, particularly in relation to the 4 strategic goals laid out in NHS Coventry's Health Strategy 2008-2013. These include priorities such as end of life care, sexual health, diabetes and mental health.
The Fund offers the opportunity for organisations to test out new and innovative ideas, and also to support voluntary and community organisations so they are stronger and more able to meet need in the future.
