The morning will cover Identifying Outcomes for Funders where individuals will be able to differentiate between what they want to do and what they want to achieve;  As well as how to make outcomes ‘SMART'.

The afternoon will provide essential information on Monitoring and Evaluation, perfect for keeping track of what's happening and how it's worked.  Individuals will have gained knowledge on how to keep track of what they propose to do and what they have been able to achieve.
