The Charity Commission focused on resources available to charities to recruit and retain high calibre Trustees in its summer newsletter. They focused on their own online trustee bank (trusteefinder) which is a resource that advertises trustee vacancies and the brokerage service available from REACH   http://www.reach-online.org.uk/ The commission also highlighted the value of adequately supporting trustees new ones particularly by having in place clearly defined information on  trustee roles and codes of conduct: The commission have devised a guide on this.
