For those who wish to be able to handle difficult situations either with persons in the workplace or socially. This course provides practical techniques to assist delegates in handling difficult people. It will give individuals the confidence to deal with a range of people assertively and effectively.

By the end of the workshop delegates will be able to:

• Interpret difficult behaviours and relate these to possible causes
• Explain the motivators and pay-offs that people achieve from aggressive or passive behavior
• Identify the triggers to difficult behaviours
• Apply strategies to deal effectively with difficult people and difficult situations including conflict
• Suggest action plans and solutions for personal scenarios
