Voluntary Sector Cuts is a new collaborative project which maps intelligence about voluntary groups experiencing reductions in public sector funding. It would really valuable if you could share your information to help build a wider picture of the scale of the challenge ahead. The Voluntary Sector Cuts link has just 5 short questions. You can also view cuts in your area and the rest of the country, by selecting the google spreadsheet link.

LEP Business Plan Consultation
The Coventry & Warwickshire Local Enterprise Partnership (CWLEP) was one of the first in the country to be approved, and is already gaining a strong reputation as a pro-active and dynamic partnership. A draft business plan has been developed and can be found on the CWLEP website:

City Council's Budget Consulation 9th January 2012
Overall the key message from the City Council was that not only in 2012/13 but in many more years to come the Council will be faced with making difficult decisions on where to cut spending whilst meeting the needs of the City.

Voluntary Sector Review

Coventry City Council will be undertaking a review of the voluntary sector during 2012 which will explore how the City Council engages with the Sector as a whole, and its contribution to voluntary sector provision across the city.
