Coventry City Council have arranged a seminar for third sector providers in the City geared towards personalisation and in particular preparing for the challenges this presents as a result of the different contracting arrangements that will be required. A particular focus of the session will be around Day Services.

The seminar will detail Community Services approach towards contracting in light of personalisation and the choice and options that we want to promote for our clients. A key element of the seminar will be the opportunitiy for dialogue on how contractual changes are managed.

We recognise the uncertainty within the sector caused by changes of this kind and welcome providers to be a part of the journey towards helping Coventry to achieve the maximum for its clients.

Following this there will be further workshops to stimulate thinking around how stakeholders can work together to support personalisation.
