The Community Based Champions Network in partnership with NHS Coventry and Queens Road Baptist Church is organising a Community Health Fair on Thursday 22nd September 2011 from 10am - 3pm at Queens Road Baptist Church CV1 3FZ.

The aim of the event is to bring health and social care providers and communities together. We hope that the event will increase the awareness of local health and social care services and motivate participants to make positive health behaviour changes.
