Collaboration and Merger for Trustees – a free seminar supported by the Dulverton Trust and arranged by NCVO

Working in collaboration with other voluntary organisations can make your organisation more effective, efficient and resilient. Trustees have a duty to direct the resources of the charity, which they hold `in trust', to further its objectives for the benefit of the charities users. Trustees have particular duties and responsibilities with regard to collaboration and merger.

This seminar is intended to help Trustees:
• Understand the drivers for collaboration and merger
• Understand their duties and responsibilities in relation to collaboration and merger
• Understand the different models for collaboration and merger
• Know what kind of information you might need to help make strategic decisions about collaboration and merger
