This business plan for 2008 - 11 has been developed to supersede the Business Plan of 2006 - 2009 in order to bring the organisations planning cycle in-line with the period of the City Council's Grant Aid Agreement.  This plan includes on-going activity as agreed at the commencement of the 06/09 plan but also incorporates new developments and priorities of focus that have subsequently emerged.   

This business plan summarises VAC, in terms of:

• our overall aims and objectives
• our history, values and philosophy
• the systems and policies we have in place
