This strategic plan for 2011/12 has been developed to build on the business plan of 2008/11 and covers the activity of the organisation during a period of uncertainty and potential instability. A one year plan has been adopted to coincide with funding from Coventry City Council during 2011/12 however work will be undertaken to prepare a new business plan for 2012/15 by October 2011.

This plan summarises VAC, in terms of:

• our overall aims and objectives
• our history, values and philosophy
• the systems and policies we have in place
