A free Volunteering and Employment Opportunities Event

What?

• Increase engagement between mainstream organisations, employment specialists and people from New Communities
• Provide information about how/where to find volunteering & employment opportunities
• Explore issues of concern for people from new communities in Coventry with regards to volunteering & employment
• Map and share current practice addressing identified issues
• Address gaps in service and develop joint local working on issues
• Influence relevant policy and practice development

Presentations will be given by people from new communities on their experiences and from local specialists on services & on how to access them. Workshops will provide service information, share good practice and respond to concerns on some issues.
