Support work with Coventry groups on Quality Assurance (QA) has continued with earnest in the two month period. The two systems that we are focusing on (PQASSO and VISIBLE) are framework systems to help with the effective running of an organisation so group support requirements have varied a lot.

This month we spent some time evaluating and reviewing activities that had taken place in the previous seven months. This enabled us to firm up our work plan for the rest of this year and the final year of the project (until March 2011).

July- New booklet resource called ‘Want to make a difference?' This is a 16 page booklet and is a guide for young decision makers in the voluntary sector. It is aimed at 16-25 year olds who want to volunteer as decision makers in their local communities and neighbourhoods.
