Support work with Coventry groups on Quality Assurance (QA) has continued with earnest in the two month period. The two systems that we are focusing on (PQASSO and VISIBLE) are framework systems to help with the effective running of an organisation so group support requirements have varied a lot.

April- Managers Meeting Point: Presentation and discussion on PQASSO^TM quality standards for voluntary and community organisations. The presentation was delivered by Mirella Grillo of Charities Evaluation Services (CES) who publish PQASSO.
