As is often the case March was a busy time for ‘end of year' project reports to our project sponsor (Coventry and Warwickshire Infrastructure Consortium i.e. CWIC) and project Funder (Capacity Builders Modernisation Programme).

The first two months of 2010 have continued to be a busy time for the project. I'm working with the vinvolved team, in particular Amanda Bishop who is our new Youth Volunteer Development officer on getting more young people involved in governance.

There's been lots of activity taking place and November and December again saw a continued focus on one to one group work in Coventry. I have been working with a few trustee boards initially on the PQASSO quality area 2 ‘Governance' and this has highlighted a number of activities that need to take place to bring in changes that will improve the governance of their organisation.
