This month we spent some time evaluating and reviewing activities that had taken place in the previous seven months. This enabled us to firm up our work plan for the rest of this year and the final year of the project (until March 2011).

We are clear on the profile of the groups that have accessed the projects activities to date, their views so far on what works well and future support needs.

This is important feedback that will help us to target support provisions and maximise the impact for groups in line with project objectives. A copy of the work plan for Coventry will be posted on the website very soon.

Following on from our VISIBLE and PQASSO workshops in the Spring a number of groups have started the process of implementation for these two QAS with the support of the project's coordinator. Currently 8 community centres/associations are progressing VISIBLE operating standards and 6 voluntary organisations/community based groups have started on the PQASSO journey.
