Arden Cluster AGM

Arden Cluster holding its first ever Annual General Meeting

The Arden Cluster - formally NHS Warwickshire and NHS Coventry - will hold the first Annual General Meeting since the new single Arden Cluster Board was formed. The event will be held on Wednesday 11th July at Scarman House near Coventry.

Although the two primary care trusts are working together under one board, NHS Warwickshire and NHS Coventry have produced separate annual reports as they remain separate statutory bodies - both of which will be presented at the AGM.

Alison Gingell, Chair of the Arden Cluster, said: "All are welcome to come along to our AGM to find out more about the work of the local NHS over the last year. The last twelve months have seen many changes within the NHS and members of the public will have the opportunity to ask questions about our work and the local implications of the Health and Social Care Act."

The AGM will include a review of the Arden Cluster's work in 2011/12, an update on clinical commissioning in the county, and details of how the Primary Care Trust's legacy of excellence in public health will be taken forward in the future.

The meeting will be held in Meeting Room 10, Scarman House, University of Warwick, Coventry CV4 7AL between 5.30pm and 7.30pm and is open to the public.
