ADEPT has secured some funding in partnership with Warwickshire CAVA to promote the Learning Buddies, a kind of learning champion for the local community. The role of the Learning Buddy is to promote learning, formal or informal, with their family, friends and colleagues in the community, especially within their community groups or area of activity.

The training opportunity they are offering is free, lasts for four sessions only, and includes lunch and travel expenses. Satisfactory completion of the short course gives the learner an OCN-accredited award at level 3.
